I’ll be honest; I’m a pretty weird human. And I’m pretty awkward in any given social situation- it’s kind of a superpower.

I hail from North TX where I was born, raised, & moved back to after going to college in Virginia. I come from a predominately Scotch-German heritage with doses of Latin American, & Jewish ancestry.

And yes, I really am a Witch- I’ve been practicing since I was 15. No, I won’t cast a spell on you (without your consent). Despite growing up in a Methodist-Catholic-Episcopalian upbringing, I was reminded of my magic around age 7 in a dream of another witch, in a bog…

I was diagnosed with ADHD & Bi-Polar in High School which was the beginning of my journey into the realm of Holistic Health. I couldn’t leave the thought alone that what was going on with me was also an imbalance of the Soul instead of just chemicals and genetics. - And I want to be clear here, there is a both-and to this: The Soul informs the Body and The Body informs the Soul. There is no “chicken or egg” question here, it’s an ouroboros of connection and correlation. and is incorrect (and irresponsible) to carry on (telling others) you can “cure” chemical imbalances through Spiritual Practices alone. TLDR: Take your meds if you need them. Okie dokie? -I have spent years; over half of my life cultivating a lifestyle that accommodates my mood/ energy swings and neurodiversity without medication and it is a daily practice of maintaining and monitoring my Health. I have off days, and I’m still learning, and I will never encourage someone to stop taking medication if it’s working for them. - And even when it’s not, I will guide you to seek experienced help if it’s your choice to stop. - Okay I’m off my soap-box now.

Spiritual Healing was officially put on my radar in College, and I’ll be honest, it’s been a pretty crazy ride so far. I have had my fair share of some truly gut wrenching & eye-opening experiences over the past 20 years that are not for the faint of heart, both on the physical and ethereal planes of reality. It has and continues to humble me daily. I am in awe of Nature and the Universe. I am in perpetual awe of the Soul.

The March after I turned 30 y/o I transplanted to Seattle following a “Call from the Universe” I could no longer ignore. Little did I know how intense of a transition it would be (because it was March of 2020), & luckily I had a Confluence of people (& time) during the shutdown that allowed me to birth the Vision of Hearth Witch Medicine into being.

I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist for a little over 6 years now, with over 20 years of practicing Witchcraft, & 3+ years of owning my own Practice. It’s been a truly rewarding experience, & has put many amazing People & Spirits in my life, to whom I beam an immense amount of gratitude towards with my whole heart.

I have a Masters level certification in Reiki, two certifications in Herbalism, & a licensed certification in Somatic-Hypnotherapy.

I have serious personal study of 12+ years in Cross-Cultural Occult & Folk Magicks, drawing parrallels to the universal “truths” of Magick and Healing. Categories include including Soul Retrieval, Ceremonial/ Folk Magick, Divination & Spiritual Consort. Traditions I have been trained in and respectfully pull from include Ayruveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Curanderismo, Shamanism (particularly Lakota, Diné, Iroquois, Aztec & Yucatec Mayan, but also includes some Wushu). Energy & Sound Healing, & Psychology (specifically Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing). - Also, a lot of this information comes to me through the colonization and miss-appropriation of these practices, some of it does not, but a lot of it does. I am dedicated to doing what I can to heal that harm as well as acknowledge & respect these traditions. - I know I got a lot to unpack and keep in check there, and I’m working on it. ✌️🤘
