Authentic Relating Worshop Series

an exciting workshop series on Authentic Relating. Geared towards building strong Community Foundations staring with the one of the most fundamental blocks- Communication.

In February we'll explore our relationship between Self & Other (so bring a partner, family, or friend),

March's workshop will be focusing on feeling our emotions, starting with Anger. 

Sliding Scale: $10-$30 (per workshop)

*If you would like to register for the remaining 2 workshops, we are offering a $45 bundle. "But I could just pay $10 each time and sign up for each one individually and only pay $20". Yes, you could do that, and if that's how you wanna roll, then go for it. The $45 flat rate is to ensure you commit to coming. We get it , you have ambition now,  but then March rolls around and you're like, "maybe." But then you remembered you paid $45 and instead are like,  "might as well get my money's worth", and you show up and have a great time! It's also a steal of a deal so... think about it.
