I predominately specialize in Chronic, Spiritual/Emotional/ Psycho-Somatic issues -aka: Body stuff that stems from Emotional & Physical Trauma, as well as Spiritual or Mental/ Emotional stress/ illness. - I also offer a relaxing environment with a therapeutic touch to unwind and decompress from whatever life is throwing at you.

I use a lot of Myofascial Release, Stretching, Resistance/Release, Acupressure, Deep Tissue & Trigger Pointing in my work as well as the incorporation of Reiki/ Energy Work when needed. - As an Herbalist I also use Herbal-Infused oils/ salves in session and may also recommend Herbs to clients when the Spirit moves me… Go to offering.
