A lovely sit down to discuss your overall health through the lenses of Ayurvedic & Western Constitutional analysis; Face, Tongue & Pulse evaluations; and your health as it is reflected through your Astrological Birth Chart.
Important Things to Consider before Booking a Consultation:
*We may need more than one session to get the full picture/ before I recommend anything: -Follow-ups are generally an hour long and are less expensive than the first (starting at $50/hr).
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach- just because your cousin’s roommate’s mother uses Ashwagandha for X,Y, or Z doesn’t mean you also need it for you P, Q, R, or S.
I am not a Doctor. I cannot prescribe, treat, or diagnose. I am also not a Nutritionist. I may refer you out or recommend you go see a qualified specialist if the situation calls for it. I am not against Western Medicine (because it does have it’s place).
The FDA does not recognize Herbs as medicine and prohibits the sale or use of Herbs as such. Any herbs I may recommend are to be taken as supplements and under the supervision/ knowledge of your PCP or practicing physician. - and I am happy to work with them so feel free to give me their contact info!
