Massage Therapy

The First Session:

If this is your first time booking a Bodywork Session with me then this is the session for you! - The intake process is just a wee bit more in depth so I can get to know you a little better. These sessions are typically 1hr + 45 minutes in length; The first 30 minutes are dedicated for the intake where I’ll ask questions about what brought you in, do some body structure assessment, and cover some brief medical history/ conditions. The last hour or so is for Bodywork- I’ll be spending most of this time listening to your Nervous System, Muscles, Fascia, & Qi flow to get a better idea and depth of what’s going on with your Body. We’ll then debrief after the session, address anything that came up on the table and talk strategy/ suggestions for future bodywork. - All first time clients need to book this session first.
